The problem

The KACE team recently acquired the G-suite array of products. Most employees were not well-versed in using the products. They requested the production of a series of trainings that can be housed internally and made accessible for the team at any time. They also needed a unified place to keep meeting minutes, planning documents and other internal documents.

The Solution

I conducted a survey to determine the team's training priorities and began recording lessons covering various google products and how they can be used. Each lesson was very specific (for example, how to translate an email), and detailed. All training session were then added to a Google Site for easy access.
