The Solution

I used Google Docs and draw.io to create a comprehensive solution that will not only teach clients the framework, but also engage potential clients and recommend to them which of the three programs is most appropriate for their situation. The solution was a blueprint of the course that included objectives, content scope for each lesson, activities, format, and additional tools like booklets, worksheets and guides that will aid the learning process.

Idem Spark offers personalized wellness consultations to executive coaching, and a membership program for busy women executives.

The problem

The company teaches executive women a genius framework that is then applied to nine areas of their lives to produce a holistic and customized approach to wellness. The problem is that this framework is an inherit element of all three programs IdemSpark offers: consultations, executive coaching and the membership program. Women enrolled in any of the three services must thoroughly understand the framework in order to maximize their experience and to be able to apply it to their lives. IdemSpark engaged my services to create a blueprint for what the course would cover and how.
