DNS Growth was experiencing growing pains. As the company acquired more clients, there was a need to systemize the and make uniform the client experience. There were two major issues: 1) Although DNS Growth was focused on teaching coaches marketing strategies, clients coming in were struggling with other parts of their business including mindset, business strategies, and general organization skills, and 2) Clients needed more handholding to accomplish tasks and continue to progress.
