high -touch onboarding process, which was fueled by two aspects:

  • The company's dedication to providing excellent customer services.
  • The highly customizable nature of the Bizible software.
  • The high learning curve due to the uniqueness of the software.

Because of this dynamic, the customer success team was at capacity, and as the customer base grow, it was becoming difficult to serve everyone without compromising the team.

Another issue bizible faced was training the sales team on the many features the software offered.

Bizible needed a solution for the following problem

  • Streamlining the client onboarding process to make it less time-consuming
  • Ensure that the sales team understands and knows the software's capabilities well so they can better explain the product, resulting in higher conversion rates.

 

The Solution

The solution was to create an entire online library of courses. To create an effective solution, the content had to be designed with very important factors in mind:

  • The different stakeholders involved on the client side
  • The ease of use and access to information in the format of micro lesson.

The final plan was to create the following:

  • Overview lessons on the concept of the software and what outcome it produces. These videos were for stakeholders at the manager or director level
  • Lessons that went into more depth on how to read and analyze the output of the software, those were for managers who had to report back to their higher-ups the ROI or the software and who were responsible for making decisions as to which marketing channels needed additional resources, and which channels have low ROI.
  • Micro Lessons for employees who will be working in Bizible on a day-to-day basis. This content was very precise and covered general navigation of the software, button, feature and functionality orientation (both a general overview, and in depth exploration), and lessons on how to customize the software to fit the company's needs.

  • Adobe Captivate for interactivity
  • Litmos LMS to host content and track learners' progress.
  • Camtasia for screen recording
  • Powerpoint for storyboarding
  • Audacity for audio editing.

     

About The Company 

Bizible is a marketing attribution SaaS company. It is focused on revealing the buyer's journey online. The Bizible tool allows any company to track the effectiveness of its marketing efforts by clarifying the way by which potential buyers navigates those efforts. Whether it is organic or paid marketing, Bizible's software is able to show the company the touch-points the potential buyer had with its online content. In the end, the company has a clear idea of which marketing efforts drive the highest conversion, and the number of times the potential buyer interacted with the company's content before converting to a buyer.

 

The problem

Bizible was experiencing growing pains. It's Customer Success team has a
